Sift through the sands of time to explore ancient Egyptian poetry with Richard Parkinson, professor of Egyptology at the University of Oxford and a fellow of The Queen’s College, Oxford. Specializing in the translation and interpretation of poetry from the classic period of Egyptian culture (1950–1650 BCE), Professor Parkinson is also the author of numerous books on Egyptology and has served as a curator at the British Museum.
