Journey to culture-rich Strasbourg—one of the largest ports on the Upper Rhine—with photographer Alastair Miller. Admire the magnificent Strasbourg Cathedral, a fine example of Gothic architecture that was once the world’s tallest building. Follow along as Alastair discovers the city’s renowned Alsatian cuisine amid lovely half-timbered houses and charming canals. He also calls on the picturesque medieval town of Heidelberg, Germany, where he scales the heights of its majestic castle and meets with a group of students from Germany’s oldest university.
