Kim Lucy is a seasoned veteran of the cruise industry, having started her career in marine operations. Following a successful 20-year tenure in cruise sales, she brought her expertise to Viking. In the past 15 years, she has served as Viking’s Director of Western Canada and National Accounts in Canada. She passionately represented our brand, introducing travel professionals and guests alike to the world of Viking and our incredible river, ocean and expedition cruises. Now retired, Ms. Lucy looks forward to new travel experiences and sharing her knowledge of global destinations with fellow travelers.
