Katrina Vrebalovich is an artist of Norwegian descent whose paintings, murals, mosaics and jewelry exude colorful vibrancy which are joyful to behold. Throughout her career, the central themes of her work explore Egyptian mythology, modern-day Egypt, creation and the universe. Katrina transforms her canvas into a stage where the interplay of colors, textures and illuminated illusions converge into a powerful visual play. Through her art, Katrina aims to capture the soul and spirit of her subject matter and to send a universal message of unification, peace and unconditional love. Her work has been exhibited internationally in France, Egypt, Norway, Slovakia and in the United States. A lifelong resident of Egypt, Katrina has been passionately involved in community art projects both in Norway and Egypt. Her mother, Norwegian contemporary painter, Britt Boutros-Ghali, also resides and works in Egypt.
