Signe Endresen (b. 1972) is an art historian with a PhD from the University of Oslo (2015). Her dissertation is a close reading of a group of Edvard Munch’s experimental paintings from 1907, collectively known as The Green Room. At the Munch Museum, she works with the collection on paper (i.e., drawings, graphic prints and photographs). Endresen has previously worked as a curator at the Lillehammer Art Museum and as a lecturer at the Universities of Oslo and Trondheim. Her research is on European modern art, with a particular focus on Norwegian art.
