Born and raised in Porto, Portugal, Sara Mello works as a certified guide in her hometown—she has worked with Viking, since 2018, to bring our guests a unique perspective of Porto; her diverse professional background paired with her expert knowledge of wine delivers an enchanting city tour. Sara attained a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Porto, Faculty of Law, as well as a degree in tourism from the Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology (ISLA) in Vila Nova de Gaia. After working as a lawyer and economics teacher, she dedicated herself to launching her career in tourism.
