Linda Bolton currently serves as a certified court mediator for Florida’s 19th Judicial Circuit. An organizational performance consultant and certified instructor for Negotiating to Yes, based on the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, she has successfully mediated over 400 business and public sector disputes. In 1990, utilizing her master’s degree in learning pedagogies from Northeastern Illinois University, Linda founded Bolton Associates, Inc., an authorized agency for Wilson Learning Worldwide. Over the course of her career as a management consultant, she has worked with Fortune 500 executives to increase revenues, improve leadership effectiveness, reduce turnover and implement pay-for-performance plans.
