A Melbourne native, Joanne Cullen’s passion for travel began at the age of five during a school excursion to the Melbourne Airport. Upon stepping on board an aircraft for the first time, she instantly knew she wanted to pursue a career in travel. 
 
Joanne has worked in the travel industry for the past twenty-five years, representing major travel agent groups as a travel advisor and serving as a national business development manager for various hotel and cruise lines. In July 2022, she brought her expertise to Viking’s Australia office. One of her proudest career moments was a nomination in the 2024 NTIA (National Travel Industry) Awards for “Most Outstanding Sales Executive, Cruise.”
