Dr. Herbert Spasser is a wine writer and wine judge, having presented seminars at many major conferences as well as on board our ships. Dr. Spasser, now living in Atlanta, Georgia, was Clinical Professor of Endodontics at New York University College of Dentistry. He is a Certified Wine Educator with the Society of Wine Educators. He is Bailli Honoraire of the Atlanta chapter and Grand Commandeur of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the world’s oldest international gastronomic society. He teaches wine classes at Emory University Lifelong Learning Institute and has been giving wine classes in N.Y., N.J., and now in Atlanta since 1976.
