Elise Naccarato
Elise Naccarato discovered her love for music at an early age through singing lessons. In 2005, a family move to Ontario introduced her to the Hamilton Children’s Choir under the leadership of Zimfira Poloz. This experience inspired a lifelong dedication to the arts, and Elise would later go on to complete her master’s degree in choral conducting at the University of Toronto. As an emerging conductor, Elise apprenticed under some of the world’s most respected conductors while also leading choirs of her own, including the Ovation Choir at St. Mildred’s-Lightbourn School and the Hamilton Estonian Society Mixed Choir (HESS). Elise’s passion project is Myriad, which started as a group of friends singing together in the summer and quickly turned into something much larger. Myriad held its inaugural concert in 2017 as a guest of Burlington’s finest community orchestra, Symphony on the Bay (now Burlington Symphony Orchestra), and it has been bringing choral music to Burlington ever since.
