Born in The Netherlands, Dewi Klop developed a curiosity about the world and a passion for travel from an early age. Her professional journey began as a local tour guide in The Netherlands, where she honed her skills for several years before joining Viking in 2013. Since then, she has served as a program director on board our river ships and played a pivotal role in developing our river voyages for Chinese guests. In her current position, Dewi is our Shenzhen-based Director of Product Enrichment and is responsible for supporting the onboard team. 
 
Dewi majored in cultural and social studies at a university in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and is fluent in Dutch, English, German, French and speaks beginners' Mandarin Chinese.  In her free time, she enjoys exploring different Chinese cities and experiencing their local cuisine and culture.
