Christian Meyer is the founder of Pâtisserie Christian in Strasbourg, an Alsatian landmark renowned for artisanal pastries, chocolates and desserts.   

He inherited a passion for pastry making from his grandfather, and his vocation was nurtured through apprenticeship in Switzerland before returning to work in Colmar.  

Under Christian’s guidance, the pâtisserie has become an iconic café and chocolate house near Strasbourg Cathedral, praised for both sweet and savory offerings.  

Today, the brand continues under the management of the Meyer family.
