Award-winning author Bill Arnott is best known for his Gone Viking travel memoirs, including Gone Viking: A Travel Saga, Gone Viking II: Beyond Boundaries and Gone Viking III: The Holy Grail. He has won the Whistler Book Award, ABF International Book Award, Firebird Book Award and the Miramichi Reader’s The Very Best Book Award. Bill was also the recipient of a fellowship at London’s Royal Geographical Society and performed at countless literature festivals and mixed-media events. His column, “Bill Arnott’s Beat,” appears in magazines around the globe.  

When not trekking and backpacking, Bill can be found on Canada’s west coast, making music and friends.
