Benedetta Fenzi is co-owner and host at Fattoria San Donato, a historic family-run wine estate in the rolling hills of San Gimignano in Italy’s Tuscany region. Together with her family, she preserves the traditions of Tuscan winemaking and hospitality, welcoming visitors from around the world to experience authentic rural life and agriturismo. 

Known for her warm welcome and deep knowledge of local food and wine culture, Benedetta often guides guests through the estate’s medieval history, wine cellars and artisanal products. She is also an integral part of the estate’s culinary experiences, sharing traditional Tuscan recipes and regional cooking techniques. 

Benedetta hosts “Cooking in a Tuscan Castle,” a Privileged Access excursion, where Viking guests enjoy a private wine cellar tour, hands-on pasta-making class and traditional Tuscan meal.
