Anton Lesser
British actor Anton Lesser is well-known for his vast body of work on stage, on camera and beyond. An associate artist with the Royal Shakespeare company since 1990, the acclaimed thespian has portrayed Petruchio, Romeo and Richard III, among other Shakespearian principal roles. His numerous television credits include Thomas More in Wolf Hall, for which he received a BAFTA nomination for Best Supporting Actor, Qyburn in Game of Thrones, Harold MacMillan in The Crown and Reginald Bright in Endeavor.
A prolific voice actor as well, Anton has been featured in many BBC Radio play adaptations. He has also recorded a large collection of audiobooks, including The Iliad, The Odyssey, Paradise Lost and several of the major novels of Charles Dickens. He won a Talkie Award for his recording of Great Expectations.
