Angela Schneider, a violist with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, holds master’s degrees in music and medieval history from the Aachen University of Music and RWTH Aachen University, respectively. When not performing, she teaches viola and music history at the VSO School of Music and culinary history at Capilano University. She has also been a cruise speaker since 2005.
